we ate kimchi before we were born. we are sons of a korean mother. we grew up with the taste of kimchi. our childhood friends, they came for us, but stayed for our mom's kimchi. everywhere we go,  ever since we left home, we carry this saying. hamburg, vilnius,  berlin, new york. worldwide, we host pop-ups where kimchi is the centerpiece for our social gatherings. our kimchi is a piece of community, of culture and creativity.
